The Foundation House Team won first place in the Gingerbread House contest, sponsored by the Biology Club as a fundraiser for the food pantry of the Chautauqua County Rural Ministry. The team members who created the 100 percent edible Foundation House replica were: Teresa Adams, Tammy Crino, Betty Gossett, Heather McKeever, June Miller-Spann, Rich Ryan, Judi Tenamore and Karen West. In all, more than $200 was raised for the pantry during this inaugural event. Students Phil Frankino and Mark Dudek headed the initiative.
