Questions about your employee benefits?

Christine Davis Mantai
The third bi-annual employee benefits fair is taking place Thursday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Dods Hall gymnasium. This event , hosted by Human Resources, is for all university employees. Dozens of vendors from on and off campus who provide benefits will be available to offer SUNY Fredonia employees information and literature. Each department on campus will also be represented. There will be two presentations during the fair. The Civil Service Career Mobility office will present information on the merit system, resume preparation, interviewing tips and techniques from 11 a.m. to noon. Jennifer Costa will be presenting information on the New York State health insurance program from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Laurie Ensign, the Benefits Fair coordinator, believes “all employees should be well informed about their benefits." She is hoping they will attend the fair and receive answers "sraight from the vendors.”    All in attendance will be eligible for prizes and refreshments will be served.   Call the Human Resources Office at  673-3434 for more information.
