Study Abroad Fair to be held at Three Corners Cafe on Sept. 30

Christine Davis Mantai

SUNY Fredonia's 12th annual Study Abroad Fair will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in McEwen Hall near the Three Corners Cafe.

Numerous agencies will be on hand, including the U.S. Postal Service, which will not only provide information on how to obtain a U.S. passport, but will also process passports including providing passport photos on site.  To obtain a passport, all applicants must have their original birth certificate (or a copy with an official raised seal), as well as photo I.D. and the standard $100 passport processing fee, plus the cost of the photos (all charged by the U.S. Postal Service).

Other tables will be staffed by SUNY Fredonia faculty and staff with information on financial aid for studying abroad, all semester-abroad programs, and J-Term and summer programs abroad.  The event is free (not including passport application fees, if desired).
