Dr. V. Suthakaran, assistant professor of psychology, will be the featured speaker at the June 16 educators' seminar sponsored by the PAP Community Foundation's Early Childhood Institute in Singapore. Dr. Suthakarn will discuss his research in how schools can promote emotional intelligence by using emotional and intellectual skills in enhancing social awareness and problem solving abilities.
