WCVF alumni come together for a panel discussion at Homecoming

WCVF alumni will be speaking at noon on Saturday, Oct. 12, in McEwen Hall Room G-24. Alumnus Todd Broady, director of Production at Entercom Communications for Buffalo/Niagara, N.Y., brought the panel together and will serve as moderator.

The event is open to the public and refreshments will be offered.

The speakers will advise students about job opportunities in radio, how to get a job in radio and internships, and talk about the state of the radio profession. They will also share stories about their years at Fredonia and WCVF-FM.

In addition to Mr. Broady, panelists/speakers will include: Jim Ranney, station manager/news director, WBFO-FM, Buffalo, N.Y.; Marian Joseph Robarge of Townsquare Media, the third largest owner of radio stations in the U.S.; Kevin Devine, regional sales manager at Entercom Communications, Buffalo/Niagara, N.Y.; and Justin Foy, Radio Woodstock, WDST 100.1 FM, Woodstock, N.Y.
