Wellness comes in many forms at Fredonia

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has organized several free activities designed to enhance wellness and well-being. The schedule includes:

Healthy Cooking Demos
Sept. 8, Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 15 at noon in the Horizon Room of the Williams Center

ZUMBA with Paul
Mondays and Wednesdays at noon in the Dods Hall gymnasium (beginning Sept. 12 through Dec. 7)

Midday Yoga with Sue
Tuesdays at 1 p.m. in Hemingway Hall and Fridays at noon in the Dods Hall gymnasium (starting Sept. 6 through Dec. 20)
