CALL FOR ARTISTS

Create your one-of-a kind Fredonia Street Piano in 2020

The Fredonia Street Piano Project places artist-designed pianos in public spaces in SUNY Fredonia, the Village of Fredonia and City of Dunkirk for anyone and everyone to play. Each summer, the pianos bring individuals and communities together in an open festival of art. After their time on the streets, the pianos will be transported to indoor locations in the area before a new project cycle starts.

Become a Piano Artist!

Fredonia Street Piano Project seeks proposals from visual artists to create these one-of-a-kind piano artworks!

From May through mid-October, the Fredonia Street Pianos remain outdoors for anyone and everyone to play.

Fredonia Street Pianos is accepting applications to paint the one-of-a-kind pianos.  Apply to paint one of the 2020 Street Pianos (deadline Feb. 14, 2020). Download the application form or fill out our online application.
