March 7: Xylia Peterson '85 SLUSH RUSH
Are you busy on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at 11AM? Well, you could be! The SUNY Fredonia International Education Center is hosting the 2nd annual SLUSH RUSH! This year’s 2-mile fun run/walk on the Fredonia campus will benefit the Xylia Peterson ’85 Memorial Fund, which helps a junior or senior international student who needs financial assistance to complete their degree at SUNY Fredonia. Xylia Peterson was a SUNY Fredonia graduate and staff member who died tragically in a car accident at the age of 45.
To register, please fill out the registration form at The International Education Center website and bring it to the International Education Center in LoGrasso Hall or call us at 716-673-3451.
Included with registration will be a Slush Rush T-shirt (limited to first 200 participants), food and refreshments and one raffle ticket for a chance to win great prizes!
Entry fees are $10 for students, $15 for community members and $8 for a non-runner lunch only.

Pre-registration deadline is March 4, 2010, but on-site registration will be available from 9:00AM-10:30AM on the race day.
