‘Destress for Success’ offers respite from study

Soothing activities, crafts and assorted resources will be available during Destress for Success, a week-long series offering students a respite from study, coordinated by the Counseling Center and Prevention, Advocacy and Wellness Services.

Many of activities and resources will be available Monday through Thursday, Dec. 4 through Dec. 7, in Reed Library, while cookies, hot cocoa and coloring sheets can be found in the Williams Center Blue Lounge on Friday, Dec. 8.

Healthy Bites and Wellness goodie bags can be picked up at LoGrasso Hall (Student Health Center) Monday through Friday, Dec. 4 to Dec. 8. Wellness bags can also be picked up in the OSCAR Room in Reed Library on Tuesday, Dec. 5, after 10 a.m.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 6 and Dec. 7, coloring pages and calm mind bags will be available in the OSCAR Room in Reed Library.

Destress for Success activities are free and open to all students.
