DFT Communications has continued its long-running support of the performing arts at SUNY Fredonia.
The Fredonia-based communications company marks its 18th consecutive season in 2025-26 as the title sponsor for Rockefeller Arts Center’s DFT Communications Pops Series. It has held that role since the 2007-08 season.
“We are most grateful for the continued support of DFT Communications in our effort to bring performing arts opportunities to our community,” said Rockefeller Arts Center Director Alison Barry. “They are a valued partner, and we enjoy working with them.”
The 2025-26 DFT Communications Pops Series continues with the traditional holiday concert featuring The Doo Wop Project performing “A Doo Wop Christmas” at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 11 in King Concert Hall on the Fredonia campus.

The series opened in September with “The Edge of the World,” featuring the piano quintet The 5 Browns and will conclude on May 15 with the annual Commencement-eve pops event, with the show title to be announced later.
DFT Communications provides phone and Internet service to the Dunkirk, Fredonia, Cassadaga and Jamestown areas. Founded in 1898 in Arthur R. Maytum’s grocery store, DFT has been serving the Dunkirk and Fredonia area for more than 120 years.
