Art gallery presents new exhibit

The Cathy and Jesse Marion Art Gallery at Fredonia will host the traveling exhibition Dos Mundos: (Re)constructing Narratives, organized by En Foco Inc. and curated by Juanita Lanzo and Stephanie Lindquist, from Jan. 19 through Feb. 28.

Holiday concert goes virtual with lineup of all-star alumni performers

Rockefeller Arts Center will continue its longstanding tradition of presenting a Christmas pops concert this December, albeit in new format. The free “Virtual Alumni Christmas Pops Concert” will make its debut online on Tuesday, Dec. 15.

For an artist, the opportunity to perform is always special. In the current climate of COVID 19 restrictions, such opportunities take on even more significance. So, when a professor and his group of Fredonia Dance majors had the opportunity to perform at Buffalo Pride Week in late August, they made the most of it.
