Hanging of the Greens slated for Nov. 30

The traditional Hanging of the Greens at SUNY Fredonia is slated for Thursday, Nov. 30, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

President Stephen H. Kolison Jr. will light the holiday tree. There will be free crafts and cookies, and create-a-creature will be available for $5 (cash only) while supplies last. Organizers require that parents/guardians remain with their children at all times during the event, no drop offs.

The event is hosted by Spectrum Entertainment Board and sponsored by Student Association. Cookies and refreshments will be provided by the Faculty Student Association. Other clubs participating in the event are the members of the Fredonia Cheerleading Team, Teacher Education Club, Latinos Unidos and Women's Club Volleyball.

The event will wind up around 7:30 p.m., or as long as craft supplies/treats last.
