Class of 2013 to host Dance-A-Thon

SUNY Fredonia’s Class of 2013 will be holding a Dance-a-thon on Sunday, April 15 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Dods Hall Multipurpose Room. The event will feature three 50-minute dance classes including a Zumba instruction taught by Sue Chaffee of Zumba® Fitness as well as performances by the Fredonia Blue Ice Step Team and Fredonia hip hop team, Envied Expression.

"Dance is something that can really bring a lot of people together,” Meagan Allers, Class of 2013 representative said; “My hopes are that with the Dance-a-thon we will have a mixture of students, Staff and community members coming together to just have some fun!"

Presale tickets for the event are available at the Fredonia Ticket Office for $5 for students and $10 for faculty, staff and community members. Tickets will also be available at the door with student ticket prices increasing to $7.
