Costume designs by students of Dixon Reynolds published in NEA blog
In its Big Read blog, The National Endowment for the Arts has featured costume designs by Fredonia students studying under Dixon Reynolds.

Taking his students on a journey of imagining and interpreting literature, Professor Reynolds incorporated SUNY’s Big Read selection (the works of Edgar Allen Poe) into his Costume Design II class.
He had students sketch costumes for characters from several Poe stories. Five of the selections were published in the NEA blog, and all sketches were displayed in Reed Library throughout October. In the blog, NEA congratulated Professor Dixon’s students on their "very impressive work." Dixon joined the Department of Theatre and Dance in 2008 and is Assistant Professor of Costume Design.
The NEA selected illustrations and student designers were:
