Christine Davis Mantai

Dr. Jack Croxton is inviting students to submit individual or group proposals for inclusion in the 2008 Student Research and Creativity Exposition taking place April 24.

“Last year’s expo was a great success and we would like to see it continue to grow,” he said. Dr. Croxton directs the Office of Student Creative Activity and Research (OSCAR), is asking faculty mentors to identify ideal student candidates and encourage their participation. The exposition is an annual event each spring that features student research and creative activities.

Presentations can be delivered at the expo orally, theatrically, musically, by poster, or via computer and multimedia. “It is a wonderful opportunity for students to share their accomplishments with others here on campus,” Dr. Croxton said.

All student proposals are to be submitted electronically. Visit the webpage, www.fredonia.edu/oscar for complete details and an online application form.  Applications must be submitted electronically by Thursday, March 20.
