Study abroad to China program planned this summer

An informational meeting on the upcoming Study Abroad to China course will be held Tuesday, Feb. 7, 3:30 p.m., at 105 Fenton.   The course, to run May 17 to June 3, will give SUNY Fredonia students the opportunity to visit prominent historical and religious sites. Destinations include the World Expo in Shanghai, the Great Wall and Summer Palace in Beijing, magnificent terra cotta warriors in Xi’an and breathtaking scenery in Guilin.

Students will be exposed to Chinese culture and religion within the context of their importance in Chinese history and also visit schools and have the opportunity to interact with teachers and students in Changzhou, China.

The informational meeting will address the itinerary, budget items and application process.
