A motivating journey into defying inequality will be shared by Dr. Tracy P. Johnson, who is  vice chancellor of Student Wellness and Support at Dallas College, via Zoom on Tuesday, March 22, at 7 p.m.

"Dr. Johnson is a dynamic speaker who is passionate about student development and success," said David White, director of the Office of Multicultural Support Services.

White, who has known Johnson for several years, said she intentionally keeps her hands on the pulse of what is trending in higher education and has a motivational story "that I am confident will inspire all."

The presentation, given in celebration of Women’s History Month, will also inspire women to achieve their goals and advance even further. It is sponsored by the Intercultural Center and Fredonia Feminists and is free.

The Zoom registration link is available on the Events calendar online.

Dr. Johnson’s ties to Western New York include serving as an assistant vice provost for Academic Affairs at the State University at Buffalo’s Cora P. Maloney Center and interim associate director/senior academic advisor at SUNY Buffalo State College. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from the state University at Buffalo.
