Andrea has been casting and directing voices in animated films for 20 years and has won seven Emmys. She is the casting and voice director for three Warner Brothers productions as well as Sony Animation’s “Boondocks” on Cartoon Network.

David is director of post-production at Home Box Office, managing 26 post-production environments, and 31 editors, mixers, digitizing coordinators and encoders and other staff. He has won numerous awards for editing.

Founder of Piscatello Design Centre in New York, Rocco is the graphic designer of The Irish Hunger Memorial in Battery Park, Manhattan. On that project he structured a vast amount of data into an understandable context for the architect’s vision. |
Three recipients of the Outstanding Achievement Award will be feted at a lunch Saturday in the Williams Center. They are Rocco Piscatello ‘90 (graphic design), Andrea Romano '77 (theatre arts), and David Salamone ’79 (Interdisciplinary Studies – Radio and Television). Read more about them.
Communication celebrates 20th anniversary
The Communication Department kicks off its 25th anniversary on Friday with a panel discussion on careers by some stellar alumni in the afternoon, and a reception following. The department, its former faculty, current students and alumni will continue to celebrate throughout Saturday, capping their memory-building weekend with a light buffet dinner in Reed Library and a benefit concert by the TRIPJACKS, (American roots music). Professor Emeritus John Malcolm, ’61 and Linda Malcolm ’60 are sponsoring the evening. Alumnus Charles Fisher ’62 and former Professor Emeritus and singer/songwriter Dan Berggren will be appearing. Tickets are $20 and available through the Alumni Office (673-3553).

Honored this year are Joseph Caso '97 (baseball), Todd Grady '99 (track), Kristi (Buntich) Wiley ‘93 (soccer), and former coach (both soccer and baseball), professor, and Athletic Director, Thomas Prevet. “Preserve Your Wealth” Seminar: Saturday, 10 a.m. in the Pucci Room (Williams Center). This is a free, informative seminar for alumni and others sponsored by the Fredonia College Foundation. Call the Alumni Office at 716-673-3553 to attend.
