Two weeks of events aimed at keeping students healthy and productive

Christine Davis Mantai

The Counseling Center, together with various campus departments and faculty, have developed the De-Stress for Success initiative for students during the last week of classes and Final Exam Week. De-Stress for Success is a series of events, programs, and workshops designed to help students find ways to reduce stress in a healthy, productive manner, and gain the focus they need to succeed during this challenging time.

"Exam time can be an especially stressful time for students - writing papers, completing projects, and studying for finals," said Julie Bezek, coordinator at the Counseling Center.

Each event offers a chance for students to win an i-Pad Mini.
