Rural Route Service: This type of service is offered throughout Chautauqua County and can deviated off route as time and capacity allow. This must be scheduled in advance. This type of service will connect Jamestown and Dunkirk to the smaller towns and villages across the county. Dial-A-Ride (Demand Response): This service is a complement to the fixed route and is available for anyone who is unable to access the city fixed routes due to a disability. This service is open to the public, riders must be scheduled in advance by contacting the CHQ Transit office. For the best service we suggest you call as early as possible.
