Photo Guidelines

While campus life usually allows for inherent photo permissions in most environments, respecting privacy in secluded settings is essential. Our guidelines clarify when and how to seek consent, ensuring respect and compliance align with creativity.

The primary responsibility of the campus photographer is to support the goals of the Marketing and Communications, Enrollment, and University Advancement teams. The photographer produces content mainly for websites, social media, and print publications. Priority is given to major events and strategic recruitment opportunities. Images for internal events with limited or uncertain usage are given lower priority.
