Fredonia to host Study Abroad Fair

Information on more than 1,000 study abroad programs offered on every continent through the State University of New York system will be available to Fredonia students at the annual Study Abroad Fair in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room on Monday, Sept. 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Fredonia student awarded national Gilman scholarship

Sage Golisano, a Public Relations major at Fredonia, has received a Gilman scholarship to support a study abroad experience at the University of Ghana during the fall semester.

It’s back – Food Truck Thursday!

The very popular Food Truck Thursday will return to campus on Thursday, April 25, with serving set from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Dods Hall Grove.

Fredonia students receive Gilman Scholarships

Two Fredonia students have been awarded 2019 Gilman Scholarships to support study abroad experiences during the spring and summer semesters. Seventeen Fredonia students have received Gilman grants, totaling more than $50,000, since 2015.

Global Banquet to showcase international flavor of campus

A variety of cultures from around the globe that are part of the Fredonia campus will be in the spotlight at the fourth annual Global Banquet, hosted by International Student Services, the EC English program and International Club, on Thursday, Nov. 15.

Fredonia to host Peace Corps volunteer workshop for students

Fredonia students will be able to gain insight into unique opportunities available through the Peace Corps to help communities, oftentimes on the other side of the globe, at an application workshop to be held on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 3:30 p.m., in Williams Center Room G103C.
