Riveters to perform '80s music jam this Sunday
The Riveters, SUNY Fredonia’s newest all-female a cappella group, will present its annual fall show, "80s Aca-Glam Jam” on Sunday, Nov. 17, at 2 p.m. in the Williams Center Tim Horton's cafe. The concert theme will have The Riveters dressed in full '80s "glam" attire as they debut new songs, medleys and some '80s a cappella favorites. The event is free and open to all students, faculty and the general public.
The Riveters are the newest all-female a cappella group at SUNY Fredonia. The group was started in Spring 2011 and performs a wide variety of music from Top 40 pop to The Beatles.
