College Republicans to host State Senator Andy Goodell on April 17

The College Republicans of SUNY Fredonia will bring New York State Assemblyman Andy Goodell to campus to meet with students, faculty, staff and members of the community on Thursday, April 17, at 7 p.m. at Williams Center Room S204A.

Goodell, who represents the 150th Assembly District (Chautauqua County) in the lower house of the New York State Legislature, will speak and also respond to questions or issues raised by constituents at the gathering, which is free and open to the public.

Prior to being first elected to the 150-member assembly in 2010, Goodell, a Republican, served eight years at county executive of Chautauqua County. Goodell is a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School and received his undergraduate degree in Political Economy and Mathematics at Williams College.
