Ticket Office Hours
- OPEN: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
- CLOSED: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays
- Order by phone: 716-673-3501 during regular business hours.
- Venue ticket counters open 1 hour before event start, for all ticketed events.
- Our online web store (fredonia.edu/tickets) is available 24/7. (Please note, transportation tickets are not available online).

The Fredonia Campus Ticket Office accepts:

- FredCard (accepted at the Williams Center ticket office location only)
Personal checks are not accepted (but can be used for "Mix & Match" season subscriptions).
For all online ticket purchases, credit card statements will read, "SUNY Fredonia TouchNet"
Location / Directions
The Fredonia Campus Ticket Office is located in the Williams Center, Room G140 (ground floor).
- Enter the college from the main Central Avenue entrance (280 Central Ave.).
- Make a right at the stop sign onto Ring Road.
- Follow Ring Road all the way around to the next stop sign (Lakeway Ave.).
- Continue straight to the next stop sign (Park Ave.)
- Continue straight, passing the tennis courts on the left.
- The Williams Center is the large round building on your right.
- Two 30-minute parking spaces are available adjacent to the bus shelter.
- Enter the Williams Center from the door facing the grassy quad. Once inside, the ticket office is immediately on your right (room G-140, next to the Credit Union).

About our online Web Store:

This fee is waived when buying in person and for military band performances, which offer free tickets for patrons.
During an Event
Venue ticket counters open 1 hour before event start, for all ticketed performances. Will Call pick-up and in-person ticket sales are available. The ticket office phone number connects to our venue ticket counters in King Concert Hall, Marvel Theatre, and Bartlett Theatre: 716-673-3501.
Phone Orders
Our ticket office main number is 716-673-3501, and our toll-free number is 866-441-4928. Patrons may order event tickets over the phone using a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. There is a $6.00 processing fee per order when purchasing by phone. Phone orders received at least seven days before the scheduled event will be mailed to the patron upon request. Phone orders received less than 7 days before the event will be held for Will Call pick-up. (We do not accept unpaid reservations.) Venue ticket counters open 1 hour before event start, for Will Call pick-up and in-person ticket sales.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Should your plans change, ticket exchanges are available for many of our events**. Mix & Match ticket package holders enjoy this service FREE of charge. For non-subscribers, there is an exchange fee of $2.00 per ticket. All exchanges must be made at the Fredonia Campus Ticket Office in the Williams Center at least 24 hours in advance of performance time. Once a performance has passed or becomes sold out, tickets are no longer eligible for exchange.
