Journalism student enhances resume at summer newspaper internship

Chloe Kowalyk, a junior at SUNY Fredonia, had a front-row seat to the outpouring of community support extended to needy residents in a Buffalo neighborhood devastated by the mass shooting at a Tops Friendly Market last May. We all read about it; she experienced it.

Wade Richards, who earned a B.S. in Music Therapy at Fredonia in 1994, believes the widespread use of social distancing, which has dramatically altered much of our world during the coronavirus pandemic, shouldn’t get in the way of providing music therapy to clients who may need it now more than ever.

Greystone Nature Preserve student internships stay on track

Though some activities have been changed or postponed due to coronavirus pandemic restrictions, student internships at Greystone Nature Preserve are humming along this spring, just as they’ve pretty much done since 2010.
