Feel Better Fast
Feel Better Fast resources are intended for use by students who are engaged in services at the Counseling Center. These materials will supplement the work being conducted during individualized counseling sessions and group workshops by providing supplemental educational materials and guided activities related to many of the common concerns facing today's college students. Practicing new skills between counseling sessions can significantly enhance the counseling experience and helps to increase the likelihood that students will Feel Better Fast.
