Use of Fredonia's Trademark or Logo on Apparel or Any Item

In an effort to protect our trademark rights and help ensure that campus names and marks appear on quality products and are used appropriately, Fredonia The State University of New York is a member of the SUNY Campus Trademark and Licensing Consortium. The consortium was established in 1995. Members of the consortium include Fredonia, Brockport, Buffalo State along with the University of Buffalo.

The LRG serves as headquarters for centralized licensing services of the consortium. The Fredonia Trademark and Licensing Committee and FSA Campus Coordinator works with the LRG of Trademarks and Licensing, and monitors the use of our name, logos and graphics on clothing and novelty items.

For further information about our Trademarks and Licensing, please visit the Office of Trademarks and Licensing page.
