The Fredonia State men's track and field team competed at Brockport on Saturday.
The SUNYAC Outdoor Track and Field Meet wrapped up on Saturday. Fredonia State made the podium in three events -- Nick Abdo in the 100m, and the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams.
Just as she did for the Indoor SUNYAC Meet, freshman Cara Pellechia became a conference champion at the Outdoor SUNYAC Meet. The freshman from Hilton cleared 3.35m (10' 11 ¾'') to take the crown.

The Fredonia State men's and women's track and field team traveled to compete in the University of Rochester's Alumni Invitational on Saturday. The event would prove very beneficial for the Devils, with nine new personal records recorded.
The Fredonia State men's 400m relay team of Jacob Winn, Cameron Sample, Nick Marsowicz, and Nick Abdo took first place in the 400m relay at RIT on Saturday in a time of 42.96. Winn also added another pair of strong finishes, taking second in the 100m (11.36) and sixth in the 200m (22.94).
The Fredonia State men's track and field team wrapped up the indoor SUNYAC meet with a sixth-place finish. Toby Onuoha 's second place was the highest finish on the day for the Devils.
Head track and field coach Tom Wilson took a contingent of his top athletes to Boston, Mass., for one of the elite meets in the East on Saturday, and the group produced some outstanding results.
