Dahlgren pens ‘Ivory Tower Misfits’ chapter in newly published ‘Cinema U’

Robert L. Dahlgren, associate professor and chair of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, welcomed publication of "Ivory Tower Misfits: The Images of College Professors in Hollywood Films,” a chapter he wrote in the newly published volume "Cinema U: Representations of Higher Education in Popular Film," by Fourth Horseman Press.

Pi Day slated for March 7

The campus and community are invited to participate with the Department of Mathematical Sciences on Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m. in McEwen Hall Room 209 in celebrating Pi Day. The event is being held a week early due to the spring break. The year’s theme is “CSPi.”

ENACTUS group to hold ‘Sell Your Tech’ event

A team of students committed to making a difference has partnered with Sunnking Electronics to put old electronics to good use. On March 1, from noon to 3 p.m. at University Commons, a team from ENACTUS GreenWave will be hosting a “Sell Your Tech” event.
