The College of Education's Department of Education faculty and staff are dedicated to providing students with engaging and meaningful classes for future educators.
The College of Education at Fredonia prepares high quality, highly qualified candidates for certification in the areas of Literacy, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education, Childhood Inclusive Education, and Early Childhood/Childhood Education programs at the undergraduate level, leading to initial certification in these areas.
The Education Department also supports all of the teacher certification programs on campus by offering state of the art courses in child and adolescent development, educational psychology, and educational research. We firmly believe that all students can learn, and we are committed to the preparation of teachers who maximize student learning.
