SUNYAC announces cancellation of all winter sports

The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has announced it is canceling winter sports competition for 2020-21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This decision was made with the health and safety of all student-athletes in mind.

Emilee Stenson chosen September ‘Student of the Month’

Emilee Stenson, a senior from Attica, has been named Student of the Month for September by the Office of Residence Life. Ms. Stenson was nominated by Department of English Professor Jeanette McVicker, who described Stenson as a “stellar, inquisitive, intellectually curious and incredibly responsible Honors student.”

Spotlight to shine on transfer students all week long

“Fredonia Faces,” a unique digital art project hosted by Tau Sigma, the national honor society for transfer students, a two-part virtual workshop put on by the Career Development Office (CDO) and a re-energized Transfer Student Organization at Fredonia will mark the campus’ inaugural observance of National Transfer Student Week from Oct. 19 to 23.
