A: Minimum of 120 credits.

A: Starting Fall 2018, all new students will follow Fredonia Foundations (FFC) and all current and returning students will follow the CCC's

Q: What is the minimum number of Fredonia credits which must be taken by students in order
to receive a degree from Fredonia?

A: 45 credits.

Q: What is the minimum GPA requirement for graduation?

A: Students must have an overall GPA of at least 2.0, as well as a minimum GPA of
2.0 in the major.

Q: If a student has a few more classes to complete in the summer or fall, can the student still
attend May graduation?

A: Yes. The diploma will be not issued by the Registrar's office until all the credits are
completed, however.

Q: How can students take classes at other schools and transfer them into Fredonia?

A: Students must complete a Transfer Credit Approval Form (ideally before they take the class
off-campus) and also have their transcript sent from the other institution after the class
is completed.

Q: How many credits at the upper-level must be taken for graduation?

A: For new students entering Fredonia beginning Fall 2015, they must take at least 45 credits at
the upper-level to graduate. Students entering Fredonia prior to Fall 2015 must take at least
30 upper-level credits.

Q: What is the maximum number of 100-level physical education credits allowed, within the
requirement of 120 credits needed to graduate?

A: 4 credits.
