About the Area:

The trumpet studio at The State University of New York at Fredonia provides a unique opportunity for all students to study with a renowned trumpet faculty member. With three trumpet teachers on faculty, no student is left to study with a graduate assistant or other fellow student. Lessons with our artist faculty will provide you with the tools you need to succeed as a musician, educator, or where ever your career path takes you.

From basics revisited to orchestral repertoire, solo pieces, etudes, and more, each trumpet lesson will be tailored to your individual needs. The trumpet studio also offers great opportunities for brass ensemble playing, brass quintet experience, and a trumpet ensemble.

The friendships found amongst members of the trumpet studio extend beyond the walls of Mason Hall, including studio picnics, outings for bowling, and other scheduled extracurricular activities.

The large ensemble opportunities available to trumpet players at Fredonia include orchestra, opera orchestra, musical pit orchestra, wind ensemble, wind symphony, concert band, and more. Opportunities for growth as a musician are always close at hand. We hope you'll consider joining us here at the Fredonia Trumpet Studio.
