Alumni Check-in Form

We want to know what's happening with our alumni!  Please use this form to bring us up to date.  With your consent, we may share some information with current and prospective students who are interested in pursuing a similar career.  You can submit information through this form multiple times in the future, so come back and visit us whenever there's something new!

Most people are able to complete the form in under ten minutes.  The information you enter will be stored in a database, accessible by the department chair and the secretary, and will not be shared without your explicit consent.
